The Clay County Health Department has one clinical service location, 3229 Bear Run Boulevard in Orange Park, an Environmental Health location at 301 South West Street in Green Cove Springs and a WIC/Healthy Start office at 2141 Loch Rane Boulevard, Suite 107 In Orange Park. The Clay County Health Department has proudly offered Public Health Services to the
community since 1941. Some of the current services are WIC & Nutrition, Immunizations, School Health, Water Testing, Sharps Disposal, Adult & Child Health Care, Family Planning, STD's &
HIV/AIDS and Public Health Preparedness. Certified copies of birth and death records may be obtained from the health department.
