Family Planning

The Family Planning program provides contraceptive services without regard to religion, race, color, national origin, handicapping condition, age, sex, number of pregnancies, or marital status. This program provides services in a manner which protects the dignity of the individual.

The Family Planning Program offers education, counseling, medical evaluation, and a choice of contraceptive methods to help women who need contraception exercise their personal choice, plan their families, and ensure their reproductive health.

This service is provided on a sliding fee scale determined by income and is strictly confidential.

Services are provided at three clinical sites: Milton, Midway and Jay.  To make an appointment please call (850) 938-5200 and choose option 3.
